Sagarika Regency offers a pleasant dining experience with a nice ambiance, courteous staff, and well-maintained cleanliness. The menu has a good variety of dishes, and the taste of the food is quite satisfying, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The overall environment is welcoming, and the service is decent. However, when it came to billing, I faced a serious issue. Upon checking my bill, I noticed some discrepancies in the prices. I compared it with the menu and found that each dish was charged 20 extra. When I brought this up at the reception, the receptionist took the menu, checked it twice, and then casually said that the prices had increased from today--without any prior notice or updated menu. What made it worse was that this was not the first time I faced this issue at this place. It happened to me on two separate occasions, which is highly unprofessional behavior. Customers should be informed beforehand about price changes, and menus should be updated accordingly. While the food and atmosphere are good, such billing practices leave a bad impression. I hope they work on maintaining transparency and professionalism in their billing system.

I will say 100% true about this. Staff are very cordial management is good but food is pathetic. I had chicken biryani now I am having food poisoning. My wife also had the same she has also facing stomach cramps. Go there but don't eat. Take photos and leave.

A good hotel in Silchar town with decent service. Though the first day's breakfast was troublesome, things improved over the stay. The highlight was the beautifully decorated dining area offering an amazing town view, making the experience memorable.

Stayed for 2 nights. Last dinner order is on 9:30pm. On the 2nd night i was just 2 minutes late for ordering dinner. from 9:32 pm i tried calling them. Nonone answered. Even reception people weren't receiving calls. Physically went there but they are so strict about this matter that I had to stay empty stomach that night. Paid 4000 per night and total bill was 9967 rupees for only 2 nights. And got this kind of service.

Sagarika regency is such a true haven! We spent delightful 4 hours here and we weren't disturbed even once. We had delicious baby corn, cold coffee, and noodles. The warm atmosphere made us feel right at home! we stayed for an additional hour after our meal, and the staff's discreet attentiveness allowed us to relax, unbothered. Looking forward to my new visit!!

It is a nice lovely place to dine out with your family. It's in the heart of the silchar and you can easily find it . The food is good and quantity of the food they serve is satisfactory. We will love it . I just wish the service was a little faster and they provide separate basin for washing hands as now we need to wash the basin in the washroom . I didn't like that part . Otherwise great ambience and friendly staffs .

When we entered, they charged us 200 per person and when we ordered food at the restaurant, they did not deliver it properly and the staff behaved very badly, including the female manager of the restaurant very bed
