This hotel is absolut nonesense ther is barely any staff and they turned off the water when I was in the bathroom!!! Like what is this I asked for towels but they didn't provide any even after asking multiple times and the rooms are very dirty

Only Location is ok..but please beware of these pathetic hotel with so irresposible service..No towels ..no dental kit also after multiple ask they give u soap and shampoo.. Just for towel I had to ask 4 to 5 times than also it was not given..Request all to not stay in this hotel

Warning - Avoid This Hotel! Dear all, I wanted to share a terrible experience I had at a hotel on September 22nd. I booked a two-day stay, but during this time, they didn't clean the room, were incredibly rude at the reception, and charged me for services I never received, as well as additional food expenses. Please steer clear of this hotel!

BED CONDITIONS ARE VERY POOR AND ROOM SERVICES ARE VERY POOR

Very poorly maintained hotel. There were lizards in the cupboard and the room. The floor was dusty and dirty. The flush was barely functioning. The bedsheets had stains on it. They refused to provide slippers. The behavior of the staff and the person at the reception was very rude.

I went with a colleague yesterday and the atmosphere there, was quite cozy and well fit. The staffs were polite and well mannered. We ordered 'Nargisi koftas, Chicken kadhai, masala Kulchas, Aaloo dum and fruit custard with ice - cream' and boy! It was toothsome . They sure know how to make their diner happy and full. The quantity of the food was great but we couldn't finish half of our plate and told the staff to pack the leftovers, instead of the half eaten masala Kulcha, he gave us the whole one . Too good a service

Loved it. Riya Palace hotel & restaurant. Good restaurant in silchar which I can prefer to my friends. I came here several times with my friends. Foods are delicious. Staff services are good. Ambiance, interior design are top notch. Not too much costly. Good for birthday party and family dinner/launch. Approx Rs 600 for two person including main course and starter. Must visit this hotel cum restaurant.
