The hotel is at the centre of the city within the market. Decent place to stay.

The rooms are good but the service is absolutely not acceptable. We ordered breakfast for 5 persons and they got it in 4 parts that too after continuous followup. The so called Manager is concerned about everything other than managing the property. We got sheets with stains/ marks- which the manager wasn't much worried about. Every morning, he yells at the staff for a long period and the sound resonates throughout the hotel. Even for the complementary water bottle, one literally has to demand it. Not worth the rate they are asking.

Room service fine, neat and clean hotel, food delicious, staff are very helpful, owner of hotel is very kind hearted and good person.

Team work Excellent specially Housekeeping side , Room space perfect, Good hotel to stay as per Silchar city for Business or official point you when you came other states.

Very neat and clean rooms....good service.....good location.... supportive staff...nice breakfast....all and all 5/5....do try this

Neatness and well furnished. Staffs are planning polite and helpful. Location ia perfect for traveler who wants to explore Silchar.

The hotel send me away on a Sunday saying they don't accept foreigners and didn't acknowledge my booking. Don't make yourself unhappy by relying on them!
