OYO 68484 Hotel Ellora

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST Very poor service and bad behaviour by the staffs. They don't know how to welcome the guests. Made a booking the previous night and the room was taken by some other guest. Then got a room which was so dirty. They charged 1500 + GST of around 300 for such a low quality room. Rooms were very old and small.

Don't come in this hotel So careless staff no one single water bottle

The rooms are a bit small but it was good for staying few days,, the managements system is better...the surrounding is clean...the environment is good...you get good views from your windows.. Overall -Nice place to stay

Instead, we encountered:Horrible Service: The management was unresponsive and unprofessional.Dirty Rooms: The rooms were not cleaned properly, making our stay very uncomfortable.Poor Food Quality: The food served was subpar and not hygienic.Unclean Bathrooms: The bathrooms were filthy, with earthworms roaming around.Overall, the hotel failed in providing even the most basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. Save your money and time, and find a better place to stay.

Possibly the worst service I could ever get staying at hotel. AC was not working, told them to check, they said yes but didn't check, have to remind them. Ordered breakfast, they took more than an hour to prepare. Have to remind them 2 times Ordered water, took them so long to delivered. Ordered extra mattress, have to remind them 2 times, brought the most dirty mattress. Staff are unprofessional. Old and dirty bedsheets, blanket. My first Silchar experience has been ruined by this hotel.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in the silchar city i will suggest all the fellow travelers to avoid this hotel service and staff behaviour is so rude they are very arrogant with the customer hope the management team fix this problem soon To the owner of the ellora hotel as soon as possible change your manager he don't have any manners how to talk with customer or any other staff of this hotel and the worst part I see he try to act like a owner of this hotel you can follow up with him you will be in big loss if you don't change this manager of your hotel He don't even know how to treat the customer so kindly i request to the owner change the system of your hotel and the staff because they are not worth it

TV not working Ac not working properly, Repeatedly the air conditioner shuts off.Land phone does not work. If you call the reception from the mobile, the phone does not pick up. Room & Food is very expensive.

Ellora Hotel staff are a bunch of cheats. They defrauded my senior citizen father. The room he was given had paan stains, black mould and dirty toilets. My father refused to stay in the room and asked for our deposit (for a longer engagement). They not only refused to return his money but also the people my father dealt with were not employees. There are two fraudsters called Rajeev and Sumana. They kept my father waiting for two hours, evading his questions about the money. Even their manager is terrible- Mr. Ashish Paul- who basically told my father he could do whatever he wanted, but would never get the money back.
