Hotel Orbit (Chocolate Hotels Pvt. Ltd)

It was one of the best hotels in silchar. It was a superb stay in this hotel Orbit. Rooms and washrooms are very clean and hygienic. The room is very spacious. The service of the staff was also very good. Check in-check out total hustle free. Food quality is superb. I tried fish thali, mushroom fried rice, chicken fried rice along with chicken curry etc. It tastes awesome. It's just 2 km from Silchar Railway Station. Very good for business travelers. Room traffic is also in budget. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I will definitely book it next time.

Nothing is good about this hotel. The rooms are smelly, no ventilation etc. It is not recommended for families. The room service, housekeeping and other hotel services are also very poor.

The hotel service is excellent. Cleaning, food, staff behaviour and extra all activity are perfect. I am rating this hotel 5 plus rating.

Stayed here for 4 days, service and food was excellent. Breakfast is always complimentary, and they offer food on special occasions such as viswakarma puja. Including 4 day stay and food we ended up paying less than 5k. Which is exceptional considering the location, service and food quality. Room service was also quick. Room was okayish, it was of the old types with a CRT tv. AC and heater were barely working and produced lot of noise. Overall, worth the money

Good about the hotel is the staff's are gentle, the rooms are very clean and hygienic, the food is also good and tasty and it's in prime location but bad is almost everything in the hotel are very aged, I mean the furnitures are very old, they still using that big table television and the old window Ac (it wasn't cooling at all). Overall it was nice stay.

Honestly I stayed for one night. Food was excellent. Unexpected phenomenal food. Room was okayish . It's an old building with basic facilities but great staff helps. Staff is very polite and gentle . Would recommend it but also has mosquito problems so that needs rectification. 5/5 for hotel staff. 3/5 for hotel. 5/5 for food .
