Hotel Maruti

We don't have option so we take a room in this hotel. Very expensive hotel compare to cleanliness and behavior of staffs. They tell us that they will change bed cover and towel bt no one changed. Midnight we awake from sleep due to mosquito infestation and also for itching. After that we understand that broken window glass was covered by screen and lot of bugs in bed corner. In bathroom you can't see anything without mobile flash light. I am sharing my experience because I don't want anyone face this type of problem in future. We paid 800 rs for double bed there is nothing without two bed. Now you can understand.

Room is good, you can stay in low price. Yes, there is some problem with the massager but it gets adjusted.thats why I m rating 3 star

Though it's a budget hotel, even then the rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and neat. The service need to be notched up else a pleasant experience. Adding food would be a nice touch and another source of revenue for the management.

Everything about the hotel is Zero, customer service, sanitation, comfort, not worth a name(title) hotel. If u want peaceful sleep (rest) and good sanitation avoid this place.

Lucky enought to have a room atleast after putting a request for early check in....although from the unprofessional voice of the person otherway on the phone was not confident enough.||After reaching at the hotel in the morning 6 am 1 security guard was completing the innitial processes of recording the records/registration. After getting in to the room (security guard was guidong me to the room and on reaching asked me 10 rupees for security k liye ) found it was barely 10 x 10 feet room and the bathroom condition was patgetic soo darty and the whole to water drainage was seemed to be blocked from the decades, most interestengly no water in the tape....for which i had to go up-down 2nd floor to ground atleast 4 times with least response from their side after a continious followup for 2 hrs finaly i got to see water at my room at 8.15 am. Here would like to mention here that during my stay at the hotel most of the times they had problem with water in the bathroom....hatel has a serious scarcity of water to supply. Biggest pain point is that it has no room service bell or phone....so everytime you want to have ordered anything then you need to come down to reception. No complementary B/F yet the paid B/F is the worst ever i had ever tested anywhere and pls dont try to inspect the cook or kitchen otgerwise believe me you will not be able to take anything from that hotel....are so unhygenenic. Funniest part- had AC n TV both are not provided....probably in thought that guest may gayab them . ||Day till evening they use to cook/ sale pakora tea in the reception....so its a just a low to low budget hotel with no tax registration no gst nothing...interestingly dont provides food bills at a certain point i stopped complaining or arguing as there is no point....i dont know who could b d owner of this pathetic strange hotel and why it is still exists??? ||A strong must avoid from me

Good hotel for the pricing . Non AC rooms are also comfortable. Staff is friendly. Very close to goldighi mall. 2 km from railway station. Clean washrooms. Good for family. Restaurant attached and room service available.

This is the worst hotel I ever booked. They don't provide shop and mosquito repellent putting some casual arguments like- " our vendors are not providing us, how can we provide you?" We bought ourselves the mosquito repellent later on. Most interestingly they hesitated to provide thr AC remote too. The hotel is very dirty. Rooms smelled so bad. Service is more pathetic than the hotel condition. Please do not stay here.

Very poor service! Rooms are stinky & most annoying is the behaviour of staffs.. disgusting.. they will never improve & I m sure the owner of the property is not at all aware of it!! Otherwise it would have been improved.
