Very bad experience at this hotel.They are lying before booking about their amenities.In super deluxe room tv is not working.Also so room service boy available.Restaurant facilities also not available properly.Please avoid this hotel there are so many hotels in this area compared to hotel Ashroy.

The hotel is clean and services are good. You get quick service. You get complementary breakfast. But the room I got was a bit smelly. The corridor for some reason had a foul smell. The food is good and reasonably priced. The attitude of the staff at the front desk is a bit of setback if you go there expecting professional behaviour. That they definitely need to improve. They lack polite and welcoming attitude.

Visited this place on recommendation from a friend. Location wise its good, and room was neat and clean. But what surprises me the way the receptionist gives responses to our queries. It's very unprofessionalism behaviour that you need to keep on asking about anything about the room, and all he prioritises is his work rather than listening to the customer. Additionally, no wifi is available on 3rd floor, and tv doesn't function either. To run a hotel business, all you need is to greet, and listen to the queries, and not putting them on waiting list. Please learn hospitality in running a hotel business.

Very bad experience, staff were very rude. Can't be recommended

One of the best lodging stays within silchar town. The room rates are very reasonable. The staff are awesome. Rooms are clean and tidy. Basic complimentary are quite good. Eg breakfast. Only drawback is food price which is a little high,but I don't mine the price because the items are well fresh and healthy.

In my opinion, Comfort here is average. Food is okay. Easy communication to Railway Station and Airport is good. This hotel is maintained properly & found my room was clean. It has a pure veg restaurant only (which gives a minus point for me). Rooms are not so big, it's okay type and are properly decorated. AC Rooms are priced at Rs.2000+GST for single occupancy and Rs.3000+GST at double occupancy, which I thought little high priced compared to rooms quality. They can give you 10% discount on that. It will be okay to stay here for short duration and for official travel purpose. When travelling with family, I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice, can't say about stay but I like their restaurant. Food is good as well as service. Needs little bit improvement over quality of food but its better than others.
