FAC HOTEL LODGING AND FOODING

I booked it a couple of days before my check in date On arriving the hotel, I was told the hotel was fully booked , which left me with no option. Later, they transferred me to another Hotel i.e., Hotel Holiday Inn, a very terrible hotel one could ever get for that price range The AC is not working , the rooms and toilets are very dirty and untidy. The smell of the blanket is worst. Not even a towel is provided . The bed sheet and pillow convers are dirty. When asking for replacement of the same, they told me no extra is there. My booking includes breakfast which I'm not served even once during my stay. It's the worst hotel and management i ever faced in my whole life!!!

Our stay was very disappointing. There was no running water most of the time, despite our booking including breakfast, only tea was offered. Electricity was unreliable, and room service was slow and unresponsive. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

I have nothing to complain about this hotel. It's comfortable

FAC Hotel I'm so excited coz it's clean and the environmental perfect. Room connect with bathroom and AC Wi-Fi everything needs is found... I sleep and stay tuned... Fabulous hotel combination with the another hotel I visit.... Excellent FAC HOTEL
