Borail View Regency

Hi, am Suvankar Roy, I want to tell something about Borail View Regency's, that is All of the staffs are very good accept MD Mr. Nilesh AGARWAL. I am from Kolkata, whenever I come to Silchar for my work, I use to spend my leisure time at Borail View Regency's Pub. All of the staffs are very good, specially Mr. Singha, Mr. Suraj, Miss Sonali etc. Left of them I can't remember their name. Last 2 days I also went to Borail View Regency. And I spend good quality time with my friends there. And in these Last 2 days I almost paid the bill of 15000. And As I told whenever I come to Silchar, I use to go Borail View Regency's bar section. As I am a Bengali person, I love fish, specially pomfret fish. Today I was just talking with the Mr. Singha and the Bar Tender like a brother that when I will come next time please arrange Pomfret fish. Suddenly their MD MR. NILESH AGARWAL started scold on his stuffs why fish is not available. As a human being and on humanity groud , I just told him it's ok next time they will arrange and i touched his hands. But unfortunately he told me, you cannot touch me, I am the MD of this hotel. Now there is my point, in India we tell "ATITIHI DEVA VABA" But today I felt so much humiliation for this MD MR. NILESH AGARWAL which I did not feel before today where I stayed lots of Hotel in domestic and International also. From today and onwards, I or my friends neither of us won't come to Borail View Regency's. How far I know customer is the God of any business but this Managing Director of Borail View Regency's Mr. Nilesh AGARWAL thinks customer is slave of him. No business will grow if you will treat customer in this way.

We stayed one day at the hotel, Rooms are maintained in good condition. The room size is also spacious. Room service also available

Rumi Roy desk attendant was very helpful. Full five star. She was full of smiles and came to help . Rooms are good and cozy but food quality is not upto the mark. Needs improvement. Rest ok , location within the heart of the city . Not far from the rly station

The pillows are good. Jumki das she is very polite she is from house keeping department very cooperative. I was staying at room 109. She was helping my wife whenni was away for work. I will give her full 5*. For tremendous work and helpfully nature

There are only 2-3 restaurants in silchar that come to mind whenever I want to eat something really delicious and healthy, this place is one of them hospitality, service, and the most important taste everything is great and prompt. And a must visit restaurant if you're in a hurry and want to have some mouth watering dishes . Can't say anything regarding the rooms and hotel as being a local I have never stayed there.

I stayed in room number 316. The service was great. The entire staff was very welcoming and Seema Das was especially gracious and helped with all my needs. The food was also very good and service was very efficient. Highly recommend staying here!

Great experience! Went to the restaurant for dinner. The food was extremely good and the service was equally applaudable. Would highly recommend.
