Barak View Residency Hotel

Barack residency View Hotel opened in November 24 overlooking the Barrack river bank. It is super hygienic, rooms are well maintained and spacious . The reception staff Ashley madam was so warm and courteous. The Food is awesome all the dishes which we ordered were Superb in taste. The service is Quick and staff are well mannered. Overall an awesome experience and must stay if you are in Silchar.

Everything about this hotel deserves a 5-star rating - from the well-maintained rooms to the seamless services offered. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality at the Mirch Masala restaurant. Ms. Alpana, in particular, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail were the icing on the cake, adding a personal touch that elevated the entire stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Barak View Hotel to anyone visiting Silchar. I had a wonderful stay during my visit in Silchar. The hospitality of the front office staffs were amazing, the room is luxurious. And moreover, getting a scenic view of the Barak river with the city view is icing on the cake. I highly recommend thi hotel. Please do visit.

What kind of staff have they hired? Such inexperience in dealing with huge crowd on the OTT. There is no coordination amongst them, no sense of courtesy to address any delay. It was not just our group but others were also getting frustrated at the management team. The manager just strolls by without showing any sense of responsibility, doesn't respond if we call him. If you are visiting the OTT, sit inside infront of the bar and not outside.

Room cleanliness staff behavior is good, have your breakfast with a awesome view of River Barak, all over it is a perfect place for stay with family, couple and also a business person....
