THE BISHAL

I stayed for 3 days. The water in bathroom is dirty, smelly. It causes skin irritation of my partner. The ambience of the hotel is good. Madam in reception has best behaviour. But the staffs of the hotel is not good. They are delivering food which I didn't order and take ample of time. Last night I order roti, alu vaja, milk, papad, water. They brought food at around 11 pm after 2-3 times phone calls. First time they brought chili chicken, roti, dal which I didn't order. Next they brought rice, dal, chili chicken. After arguing so much time with the staffs they brought the good as I ordered. The Manager isn't available at that time. My suggestion to the public is , the hotel has good ambience, the receptionist madam is good, but rest other is worst. Even the lift is not a good one. The bed sheets in the room are worst quality.

The ambience of The Bishal is quite impressive, with a good view that adds to the dining experience. The menu offers a diverse collection of cuisines, giving customers plenty of options to choose from. However, when it comes to food taste, it's just average--nothing extraordinary for the prices they charge. The biggest letdown is the service, which is one of the worst. It took 2 hours just to get the starter and then another hour for the main course. When we asked the manager about the delay, he called the waiter, and the response was shocking--the waiter simply said, "We have provided," and upon asking what, he casually replied, "Starter!!" What can I even say? The seating area is congested, making it uncomfortable, and since it's a rooftop restaurant, there's no ceiling fan or AC. They've arranged two coolers, but they are not effective enough to provide cooling for all customers, especially in the summer heat. Overall, while the ambiance and menu variety are good, the poor service, long waiting time, and lack of proper cooling make the experience disappointing. Would not recommend if you're looking for a smooth and comfortable dining experience.

Only decoration is a bit market standard. Food are not freshly prepared. Staffs are not at all professional. Manager in the restaurant is damn arrogant. I ask him about card payment, he reacted in such a manner and criticize in front of customers by saying that it is a restaurant not an ATM. Parking is not available so need to think 5 times before visiting in such congested place

Food was good and tasty....and their service was good service member( Arpita ) she is so good to manage all things that I really want

I recently visited the resturant and had a unique experience with their coffee service. While the coffee itself was not that good and I was surprised to be served in a one-time cup instead of a normal ceramic cups.

The food here was absolutely delicious.. This was my second time here, and the second visit was as awesome as the first one.... Talking of the service and behavior of the table attendant's ( Special mention to Ms.Arpita) was quite good... Would recommend others to visit here for good food ana an awesome ambience..
