Hotel Holiday inn

A very terrible hotel one could ever get for that price range The AC is not working , the rooms and toilets are very dirty and untidy. The smell of the blanket is worst. Not even a towel is provided . The bed sheet and pillow convers are dirty. When asking for replacement of the same, they told me no extra is there. My booking includes breakfast which I'm not served even once during my stay. Lot's of mosquitoes which keep us awake One can't even sleep peacefully. It's the worst hotel and management i ever faced in my whole life!!!

The corridor of the Hotel is fine, when we booked a super deluxe room, Restroom don't have any toilet paper and the water is very dirty. The food and services quality they provide is not according to the standard. The Hotel is not accessible to wheelchair users and there is no parking space for vehicle. The price of the Room can be negotiable with the owner of the hotel. The rooms and pillows are very dirty, they are not clean as they don't have any specific cleaner, also there are no concierge in the hotel. The food they provide is not good. The AC in the super deluxe room is not working at all. Needed to turn on the ceiling fan always and the television is not working at all. The price of the room and the services they provide does not match at all. If you are interested in this hotel, you can bargain the price of the room if you wish.

The rooms are shabby, the sink doesn't work. There are patches all over the room. The staff are lousy and on the last day of my stay they said their curry got stale so no complementary breakfast. They have only one menu for breakfast, rooti (only 2 pc) and sabji or Puri (3 pc) and sabji. Dinner is the worst. I am sharing some of their pictures for your reasons not to visit the hotel in your lifetime unless you don't wanna be traumatized and humiliated by the staff. The TV doesn't work at all. So they shall bring tv from different room. Further they ask you to pay your rent on personal phone pay not the QR code of the owner.

This budget hotel can be suitable for business travelers, but it lacks professional staff. There are some groups of staff members who shout, gossip, and make noise at night without considering the potential irritation and disturbance it causes to the guests. They seem to lack proper knowledge of hospitality industry decorum and behave inappropriately. It's disappointing to experience loud gossiping in front of the reception every night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a peaceful night's sleep.

Prices are indefinitely high based on hotel quality. Bathroom, room and and bedsheets are so unclean that One cannot sleep overnight. I stayed in the same hotel before last 4 times at least, the quality of service and cleanliness has degraded too far that the hotel manager is not even agreed to change even the dirty bed sheet. Food quality is very poor and should not be ordered unless extremely necessary.

This is an average kind of hotel. Need more maintenance. Hotel offering for breakfast but they haven't proper infrastructure. Only good thing is the location. Water heater is not working . Charging point also not working.

If u check in early morning pls make sure if they will charge 1 day till 12 noon on same day. 12 hour chekin means if u arrive morning then till next day 12 room rent is countable as 1day. But I was surprised that they charged 2 days loading. When I asked them about this , they told me i am unaware off the hotel rules and protocols. So nothing to say. Not gonna visit next time . Room is good , water full of iron, Room service , reception, house keeping etc being maintained by less manpower. Room rent as per standard very high. Overall experience not good.

One of the worst hotel in silchar. Never provide complementary breakfast on time. You can't work quietly because staff are too noisy during nights as well as in the early morning. Staff including their owner are big a fraud. One of the colleagues while paying the hotel bills due to the internet issue money deposited two times(20k), and it has been more than a month the owner is ignoring this issue with silly excuses. Guys please be aware of this kinda hotel. Be smart, be safe.
