I had an amazing 4-day stay at this hotel during my visit from Mumbai to Silchar. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the super friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that kept it fresh and tidy throughout my stay. Whenever I encountered any issues, the staff was quick to come to my room and provide assistance without any hesitation. The service was truly 5-star, and the rates were very reasonable, making it an excellent value for money. The food was also fantastic, adding to the overall experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Silchar and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and hospitality.

I honestly can't believe this. I came here expecting an average stay, but instead, I got the most incredible service ever. The staff? Too friendly--always ready to help before I even realized I needed something. The room? Spotless, cleaned every single day without fail. And don't get me started on the food--it was so good. Every time I thought I had a small issue, they solved it instantly. No drama, no excuses--just pure efficiency. How am I supposed to complain properly when there's literally nothing wrong? This place has ruined all my future hotel stays because now my expectations are way too high. Absolutely unacceptable. Now I have no choice but to stay here every time I visit Silchar.

Excellent staffs, front office manager Mr Rajesh Nath well behaved good hospitality, Room service staffs are very prompt service. Food is very delicious and homely made no so much spicy. Rooms are so good big space . I really enjoyed it .

Rooms are new and clean although lacks some basic logistics. Service is not satisfactory. Lacks professionalism in dealing with the customer's request for service. In breakfast too, no choice for customer. In the night time you won't get the lift for use as it is switched off around 10 pm. Had to take the stairs in emergency at 1.00am. No parking space for guest vehicles.

A nice hotel. I like to stay here. But every time I call they deny my request saying it's fully booked. So I cross checked it. When my husband called rooms were available. It seems they don't like to give room to single woman. I have to go and stay at Silchar frequently due to some academic work.
