The hosts were really helpful and kind. Food was awesome and served hot everytime. The customer service was on point. They even went out of the way to guide us regarding certain things as we were totally new to that place. All in all it was an awesome experience and would definitely visit again.

Don't go by the outside look of the building. The place is pretty accessible although the entrance is a narrow road right before the petrol bunk which isn't very pleasing. But the room and service made up for it. Don't expect anything fancy. I went as a solo rider and halted for my journey ahead.

Firstly, if the lodge is closed as the flood damaged your property, then don't make your hotel visible on any website be it MMT or OYO. Even after paying the full amount for two days' reservations, they have the freaking audacity to say that the hotel is closed after I have reached the destination. It didn't even deserve a star! Just wanted to make my comment apparent to others

Situated far away from main town. Rooms are very small and clumsy. Even no place to keep your belongings. Good for a night stay only. Overpriced considering the amenities. The entrance is narrow and muddy. Not recommended.

Everything was good enough but the receptionist took extra 500 saying couples not allowed in our rooms but it was showing as couple friendly on Booking.com what a loot. The staff was good behaviour wise no problem there. Will not recommend this for couples

Very very poor service by manager you have to constantly make phone call Just for tea in morning still they will staight forward say no.. infact tea is also chargeble..and blankets given also not Clean and blankets cut by mouse.. service is very bad i suggest you not go by as is not at all professional.they don't konow how to behave with customer ..

The Lodge rooms are neat and clean but the approach lane is a disaster. It is too far from City center on a badly maintained road. At such a location the room rates are too high. Don't plan to return to this property again.

These photos needs to be shared with fellow travellers. Hotels put up images that make a plane appear fantastic. Spot on 37493 was a nightmare! Starting from a shoddy entrance in a narrow lane filled with water logged potholes to an indifferent staff, who could care less if you stayed or didn't. The room was a 10ft x 10ft claustrophobic space, complete with a dripping AC which was repaired as I checked in, to absence of a table or cupboard in the room, to peeling paint. The cherry on the cake was a huge spider in the bathroom, waiting to give me a royal welcome! At the price (at any price, even if free), AVOID THIS PLACE
