SONA HOTEL

We were at the Sona Sky Lounge. The ambience is good with beautiful lighting. It's quite spacious with a pretty balcony. The service was upto the mark as the staff were friendly. The food was average. We had Crispy Chilli Babycorn 3.5/5, French Fries 4/5, Crispy Fried Chicken 1.5/5. The cocktails were okayish. Mocktails were good.

Ac not working also tv not working staff behaviour not so good i have spent almost 3700 rupees but recommended

Behavior of all the staff very good and rooms are fully neat and clean.

The staff was very rude specially the female changes the staff specially the female waiters they no idea how to treat their customers female waiter insult my friend very deeply

The environment is good but service is not upto the mark. - The preparation time for food was too long. - Serving one glass of frooti as mango juice for Rs115 was really low. - The waiters are not trained properly on how to attend to customers. We had to ask for every little thing like forks, plates, extra water etc. - The bill was also wrong. Wrong entries were made, which was corrected after we pointed it out. For the price they charge, this is a bad experience. Don't recommend, until they up their value. Small restaurant provide a better experience that the rooftop lounge.

The ambience is really great like top notch but that's it. The food that we ordered took quite a long time to arrive, wasn't pleasant. Food was decent and some items weren't. Among other items, I ordered veg fritters ;which was really different than I used to eat. I got roughly chopped pieces of beans, cauliflower,capsicum, potato fried separately in a batter, lacking crispy outer crunch. Also, they don't have much options for juice/shake but I guess it wasn't available only when I visited . Plus during summer, when the weather is too humid, the place gets very hot, as there is no ceiling fan or AC, they have only 2 big cooler and 2 stand fan, which I believe isn't sufficient if the place is packed. I hope they up their game.

Never ever visit this Hotel. They cheat on everything. Just one example, during lunch at their restaurant, they gave me Parle Mineral water bottle bearing MRP Rs.20. They charged Rs 35 plus taxes. Told me this is hotel, we charge like this only. Highly incorporate staff. My blunder as I stayed there with my family.

AC disturbed whole night. It was too noisy.
