Pratibha Homestay Sivasagar

Homestay is located right on the Assam Trunk Road. Nice location but bang on the main road so traffic noise can be a issue. Since road widening work is on the acess ramp to the property can be tricky if you are driving your own vehicle. Ample parking space. Rooms are of decent size with all necessary furniture. Toilets are messy. No geyser so have to depend on the house help for hot water. The house help is a nice guy but has no sense of timing. It is a decent budget stay. The owner is very helpful with anything in Sibsagar town. He's always available on phone.

My stay at this homestay was truly wonderful. The caretaker, the owner, and everyone involved were incredibly kind, making me feel warmly welcomed. The hospitality was exceptional, and I deeply appreciated their attentiveness. As for the accommodation, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The homestay offers two apartments--one featuring four beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony, while the other has three beds, a kitchen, and a balcony.Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and generosity of everyone associated with the homestay, making my experience even more memorable.

This place is just absolutely fantastic to stay in. From outside it doesn't look like much, but when you step inside, you really are inside a beautiful homestay laid with huge chairs and clean beds. A comfortable stay for those who are planning to explore upper Assam and perfect pitstop for people going to nagaland. Anjan da has really done a fantastic job with the stay. Do see my pics. You will understand.

Nice place , spacious and newly made. Good room, it's a mixture of Indian and western toilets. Need to fix the water tank issue
