OYO 82519 7 SISTERS RESORT

I booked two rooms one day before for stay and also paid advance. But when we arrived at evening, the waiter told us that they can't provide us with food and that we have to cook for ourself. We agreed to cook because we was left with no option. But they refused to give the kitchen, and that we have to cook in fire. When I rang the owner, he was very impolite and rude and refused to talk with us. He said, " You can leave if you want". So I advise to all who is planning to visit here from far... Never trust them. At first they talk very decently when you book the resort. Their behaviour totally change after you pay the advance. Worst staff and worst service. Dirty chairs

Went there with my friends to spend some time in the afternoon. The tables and chairs and the pool was very dirty. Insects and birds poop everywhere. Its only suitable for couples who would book private rooms. Not suitable for family at all. Thankfully there were four of us so we managed not to get annoyed. The only good thing is that we were able to take some beautiful photos in the area. We asked them if there were any Fan(ceiling fan) in the huts or the in the restaurant. They said there were none, fans were only available in the rooms(later while returning we saw there was a fan inside the restaurant , about which they forgot obviously). The most frustrated thing was that we ordered for chicken fried rice and cold drinks which took them more than an hour to prepare. They only served two spoons for the four of us with two other serving spoons. We asked them for two more spoons but they didn't even show up. We had to manage with the serving spoons only which were obviously very big. The dining table and the sitting area was totally dirty although they cleaned it after we asked them to. The food was not good at all. We only liked the tea. Overall if you love to click pictures you can obviously go there ,else it is only suitable for couples who would book rooms.

If the place is close nowadays , then the management should update about it on Google map or through other ways. Very pathetic experience Not expected .

Not going back to this place. If you are planning for a stay there or wanna host a party , this is not the place you wanna go. Irresponsibilities of the employees left us speechless. Suggesting the owner of this resort for better service. It's not just a place to eat and take photos. If you plan to stay there think twice. From my own personal experience i never was so uncomfortable in my entire life. Couples using the cottage and the room service was not responsible enough to clean it for the future customers. If you are doing a business then do it properly.

I want to rate them 0 if I could. Not recommend for family with kids. I went there with my wife, her sister, her kid, and my son. I ordered 3 food items for my family and they told us to wait for 45 min. Thats a standard time to prepare meal, so I waited for 45 min. After 1 hr they told us to wait for some more time. This way they pushed our waiting time to 2 hr. After 2 hr my 3 year old son cried for food, he is starving. That time also they told us to wait for some more time. That time my wife cancelled the meal and we are out for home. They did not feel sorry for their actions as they did not talk with us after cancellation. They give priority service to their bedrooms only. I don't want to write about their bedrooms. But it's not good for family.(OYO)

Very pathetic service from the restaurant's end. First off, almost about 90% of the food items in the menu are out of stock. And when i asked upon what to order as half of my choice of orders wasn't available, the waiter asked me to look at the menu. That's hilarious!! To top of that you have to look around for the waiter, they didn't respond to us when we were waiting at the table. After ordering the food, they had taken a great amount time to deliver it to the table. The chicken butter masala was tangy and there was no sign of butter. I would say it isn't value for the money Now secondly, this place needs a good makeover. Because of the rain, the seats in the cottages sometimes remain drenched. It is your duty to look after those small issues. It's good to have a meal amidst the nature taking a good experience of the green sights but that too wasn't favoured because of the wet seats. There's great potential for improvement and i hope it gets fulfilled sooner. All the best to you people.

After reading the reviews I was in two minds whether to visit this place or not. But thought,lets give it a try. The receptionists were very courteous & greeted us well. We ordered our food and went outside to view the place. The place was quite dirty. Especially the swimming pool. The waitress didn't know how to handle customers. Nobody came to ask for anything while we were having food. Didn't even provide glasses to drink water. After we were done, we had to go and tell them to provide glasses and take away the empty dishes as there were birds who had flown to our table to eat the leftovers. So, overall the reviews I saw were not entirely false But, I liked the food, though it was overpriced. And the reception was good too.

I stayed in one of the cottages, and it was a delightful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a rustic charm that added to the overall ambiance. I especially loved the private balcony, where I could enjoy the serene views of the surrounding landscape.
