Eastern Retreat Resort

Eastern retreat resort is a good place for vacation. One can visit in another time also. This is a restaurant cum resort also. I have dine in only. But this a resort also. This resort is situated near Brahmaputra. The scenario and the atmosphere are very beautiful. The resort is surrounded by many beautiful trees , keep the place cool. The foods are good but I think more expensive. There is a,'julna' also. Beautiful place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a beautiful resort that exceeded all my expectations. One of the highlights of my visit was the food at the resort's restaurant.The presentation of the dishes is also top-notch, making the dining experience truly unforgettable. Such an aweful experience. I visited with family and friends and trust me I deeply regret to visit this resort. Right from the entry things were not at all good. 1. Stray Dogs, goats and cat roaming around eating table. 2. Service was pathetic, for around 30 minutes no one came to the table to attend. 3. Staff busy playing Cards, don't even care if the guests needs anything. You have to literally give a phone call to ask for a water and Bill. 4. Food quantity is less and extremely overpriced. Taste was also not at all good. 5. Safety is a major concern as majority of customers are Guys having alcohol and smoking right next to your table. So this is a big issue if you are planing to visit with your family and kids.

Went there to check it out. Didnot order anything. Place seemed quiet. It was open yet felt like it has seen better days. There are tables facing the Brahmaputra. Maybe grab a beer if it feels like.

Was very nice long ago. Now its all worn out and wilted. Food is okey. But you will be accompanied by hungry street dogs , cats , goats,hairy catterpilars and god knows what. Sad to see this business going down as i had many good memories in this place.

Not a very well kept place although it gives a good view of the Brahmaputra. Food items weren't up to the mark.

Worst experience ever... And this place totally needs renovation, sitting arrangement is very poor, all the table and chairs need urgent repair, and they will give importance to you if you are going 5 nos. or more people and if you drink alcohol. Literally speaking..

The place is nice with beautiful view of brahmaputra river, the cool breeze of fresh air coming from the riverside is just awesome. Really love the place also the food items are too good with great service. Not too spicy nor too simple just perfect, there is a play area for children also.
