Pancharatna Resort

It was a very pleasant place near the banks of river Brahmaputra. With cool air blowing. The chillness the environment provides is magestic. Loved the place

Google map is very bad. We followed pancharatna resort in google map but it landed at the luit resort and commented that we reached the destination. By the way the price of the items of Luit Resort is too high and it's taste is average. One time visit.

Good place to visit with friends family . Good housekeeping and staffs are good at providing service.

Everything seemed perfect, however prices are exorbitant. Overall it was a good trip.

I love this place... Really awesome and amazing view of the river (Brahmaputra) along with the Naranarayan Setu (Bridge). We enjoyed it a lot. Food is good i tried the crispy sweet corn & the masala mushroom both taste delicious. And also the service guy Mr.sharma is really a nice person.

I went to this resort many times , but the last two visits were enough to not visit this resort again. During my 2nd last visit, I ordered a dish which price was listed aroud 180 on the menu and when I went to pay the bill amount was around 250(approx). When I asked them they said the menu is old and the pricing was also old and they told me they will fix it soon. I considered it for the 1st time. And 3 months later when I visited ,the same issue was aroused. I refused to pay this time as who knows the workers are charging us extra. When I said this is not my 1st time facing this issue, and also I mentioned them when I faced it for the first time that- please update the menu or else I am not going to pay again . Then the workers behaved so rudely that I can't express. After all It was not my fault, It is the management's duty to keep updating those things. As a customer how would I order a dish, obviously by looking the name of the dish and the pricings printed on the menu. If they say such things after we consume the dish , thats just not fair. I will say their management is not professional. Beware of these issues. However, The location is pretty good . I guess they know it that's why they don't care about customer's as Their thinking maybe like- Tum nehi to koi aur Sahi. My Suggestion for everyone who ever goes there, kindly compare the pricing before paying. Thank you.

I am not a negative reviewer but I don't know why this always happens to me, like yesterday I had paneer pakoda and coffee here and the paneer of the paneer pakoda tasted sour. I wish for their future to shine.
