Highest number of rooms in entire of North lakhimpur. Array of rooms ranging from low price to suites up to 3000 a night. Decent size rooms, well maintained, and clean. Has a restaurant, room service, Ac n geysers available. Lifts are available. The hotel also host birthday and get together parties up to 50-150 persons - on prior bookings.

Room & bathroom fairly clean. Can get very noisy till very late into the night especially if they are preparing for an event the next day. Food quality is not good. Rates are too high for amenities and services provided.

Tariff is high compared to room. Small room. TV is not working. Basic amenities not available. Does not provide water. Food is good. Staff is good. There is no star category hotel is available in the city. All are old and only 2-3 hotels you will find online.

Housekeeping staff was helpful and is 9kms from airport, power failure whole day, tata sky deactivated, no hotel cars available for airport transfers, not a good place to stay. Food is not available as per menu provided

Not a good one....the prices are on the higher side....they don't change bedsheets, towels daily.....bathrooms and the rooms are not cleaned daily....there wer no curtains in bathroom....I asked for one curtain for da bathroom....and curtain was replaced by a newspaper wit a tape which is quite unprofessional....food was okay.....but the staffs are too lazy.....if u want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner....u need to order it for a minimum of 2 hrs before.... Note: there are not much good hotels in lakhimpur...so no options left.....

I stayed in this hotel for one day only & found that the hotel is overpriced like other hotels at North Lakhimpur. I booked a double beaded room which was 1250 + GST, & the rooms was specious & geyser was attached in bathroom (non ac room). They do not have profession & trained staff for room service & have not enough space for parking. Overall an average hotel at North Lakhimpur to stay .

worst experience when i asked for a room at evening manager was fully drunk at the reception counter he ask me to leave because he was out of control so this is not good to do like this....manager behaviour is so rough

Worst hotel, they take bookings through Oyo & Goibibo and when you reach the hotel to check-in they will deny online bookings as the price is lower than their so called usual tarrif. They will ask you if ulyou want room you have to pay the amount in full as per the tarrif shown by them. In Oyo & Goibibo ac room tarrif is in between 800-1200 but their tarrif is 2200 for the same room. Advisory don't book the hotel from any hotel booking site you will be denied check-in
