Maple Leaf Country Hotel

Service was very bad and rude. Bit pricy for no reasons at all..the waiter himself doesn't have idea about the quantity of food...he makes us order too much which eventually lead to waste.. otherwise ambience was nice.

The hotel rooms are very clean and more then sufficient. The staff is really good with excellent service. Would love to visit again

If you are fond of heritage property & homely environment then you can choose this property. However you expect a delay in their services.. Staff are not very well trained & professional.. little problem in mannerisms..

This hotel is one of the best hotel i had stayed, the interior and the inside area of the premise is specially designed with natural plans,I'm lucky to stayed in such a amazing beautiful place.

Worst service Pathetic room Dirty blankets ..stinky bathroom ...chiiiiii Please avoid this hotel if you do care about your health

Owner made a great place . But alas, the staff are not able to give proper service. Food is way too much costly with no reason.

For a stay it's a good place, Service is very bad nowadays, though food quality is average. Location is middle of the North Lakhimpur town, so it's a good place to stay, only issue with the service and restaurant service is very very bad . I would like to request the owner to increase manpower Or need to appoint skill manpower who can provide the best services.
