One approaches this establishment with the benign optimism that accompanies the prospect of a comfortable stay, only to be met with an experience that is, at best, a masterclass in spatial economy and, at worst, a study in managerial discourtesy. The rooms, so woefully cramped that even a modest attempt at stretching one's limbs risks unintended entanglements with the furniture, do little to inspire solace. However, it is not merely the physical constraints that dampen the experience but the astonishing lack of professional integrity displayed by the management. A discount, once magnanimously offered, mysteriously vanished at the moment of reckoning, replaced instead by an inflexible demand for the full tariff. When confronted, the manager--whose demeanor could best be described as a perplexing mix of indifference and irascibility--dismissed all concerns with an air of finality that suggested customer satisfaction was, at best, an afterthought. In sum, one departs not with the lingering comfort of a pleasant stay but with the unmistakable impression that both space and sincerity are in woefully short supply here.

We had stayed here only for 8 hours before availing our train back to Guwahati from North Lakhimpur Station. The hotel is not too good I must say. AC and Non AC deluxe rooms are almost same, only with the addition of an AC. Bedsheets could have been cleaner. You will find a TV in every room but without any subscription. So you cannot choose to relax for some time. However, there was a wardrobe, a dressing table and a table with two chairs. Toilets were really clean with facility of geysers.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Clean, well maintained, prompt service and friendly staff. Best place to stay in the area. Walking distance to the market and the bus stop. Large parking space available.

Good : Easily accessible. Heart of the town. Bad : No Lift facility, Unsubscribed Tata Sky Television even after repeated request never got it recharged.

Rude managers and staff...very arrogant and rude attitude...otherwise the rooms are decent clean and location is good...but the service was poor..they don't co-operate

This hotel is damm good .If u all guys go there please order the chowmein or Noddles of that hotel its too tasty .And the staircase of the hotel r so cute in architect and very easy to go up and down

Poor service and not professional at all. Reception is empty at all times. Room is also not upto the mark compared to the price. 2 stars only for urgent accomodation.

Rooms are not properly lit. Otherwise ok. Staffs are good
