Hotel Sarnaz

Just ok for a B&B stay, not for a long one. Service is great with very friendly staff. With limited options in the city, this is the best you can find in and around the town. Hotel needs a real makeover and will do wonders if invested in. A very very special thanks to Mr. SARFARAZ without whom the experience would not have been good, who went out of the way to help me make my stay comfortable

Plz don't Go very very bad hotel

Very poor service and rooms are quite old but the location is very good.

Hotel is poorly kept. The interiors are almost the opposite of the external looks. Basic amenities are missing in the rooms. The rooms are spacious but the maintenance is very poor. Food is one of the worst that one can expect from such a hotel and the price. The room tariffs are overtly priced. The level of Cleanliness,food and room amenities needs to be raised.

The location is ideal No too far from main town and not too close to crowded town Rooms could have been better. Facilities and services need to be improved.

Broken fittings in the bath, and even in the room. Bathroom not properly cleaned...i wonder if they clean it or not after every guest leaves. No complimentary breakfast, not even water bottle. Lights dont work properly. The worst is the staff there...very rude, proud and non-cooperative. The rooms are not worthy of the price.

One of my close friend suggested me for this hotel but I was worried about proper facility or serive b'coz of my family's comfort zone. And honestly speaking I'm so happy with all the facilities and services. Food was awesome, hotel was clean, staff's beahoviur was pretty much polite and spontaneous which I like most. I must say once you visit than you will be love to appreciate their effort to provide best service. And price wise also justified.

We had booked this hotel for some relatives in January this year. I was glad to find a clean place and professional service in a small town like Lakhimpur. There is ample parking space and the rooms are clean and spacious. Its just that the ambience is too loud and not so well decorated. Hiring a interior designer with good sense of aesthetics can actually transform this space and their turnover.||||If you are in Lakhimpur you can confidently book this space for a decent stay at reasonable price.
