Hotel Moonlight

You can imagine the condition of a hotel when they don't have pillow cover even gives you the used towel with all stain over. And the staff (room service boy) was useless.

Average hotel, room was clean but lack minimum amenities like hot water, TV and beds are too small to sleep. Health faucet was missing in the EWC set. Overall experience was not good compared to the price I paid. Only positive thing is the location.

The rooms were dirty, there was no pipe attached with western toilet to wash the bank you have to manage it with a plastic bucket

Worst Hotel You Can Ever Find. The Managers are fraud and will charge more money than the actual rate. Please be careful. Move over, you won't find water and the room service is the worst in the entire town. There is every possibility to be cheated so please be careful

I would have really liked to give some negative ratings, but unfortunately there were no options. Stayed here with couple of friends during a marriage function in the city. Worst imaginable hotel. 1. No TV in room though there was a set top box for cable 2. AC in room had only the front panel. I mean no AC only cover. 3. Bed sheets were stained with whatever(did not imagine anymore) 4. Oh yes cockroaches..dead and alive living in the room at your cost. 5. Pre-order you dinner aleast 5-6hrs earlier, otherwise no dinner. 6. We did experience no water situation during day time once(had to wait for 2 hrs i guess to wash my hands post toilet) 7. No package drinking water in hotel. 8. Services are slow and mostly unavailable.

It was not so clean .Wall of the room is too dirty but in Lakhimpur this is the quite best hotel as it is cheap and have lodging and fooding services.one of the best part of this hotel is that it is in the main market so you can easily get the things.

Price is bit high than others. Except the room service is pathetic. The second floor room near the kitchen is too noisy and they don't inform the customer if there is no fooding available after paying for food.

Budget hotel. Room tariff start from Rs.600. Nice and clean hotel with kitchen facility. No restaurants, food served in room. Located on Malpani chariali, North Lakhimpur town. Infront of Allahabad Bank. Good market nearby.
