Very poor service. The rooms are spacious but not well-maintained. The bed linens are not clean, and room service is very poor. There is no power backup during the late night.

Disgusting place to stay, dirty rooms, dirty shelves, cupboards, tv did not work, we booked two rooms but got different rooms then what we asked for. On the balcony attached, there is a plastic bottle with alcohol and ciggerate buds, dirty window panes. And the corridor just above the reception smelled like urine. When we reported this to the manager, he made excuses saying I wasn't there to see that's why this happened. And the food is also horrible. And for all this they charged almost 14,000 rupees. Shameless lazy idiots

Very bad experience. So poor service I ever had. Rooms are so dirty. No care for guest. Staffs and services not available till 8am. Breakfast not ready till8:30am.

Service was very bad. A few Pillows were Smelling. Washroom water was not clean. Restaurant service and some food items were very bad.

Staying from the day, they have started..The previous Staff were very courteous, but now with new Staff, they are becoming arrogant. They charge prices at their will now. If this continues, I am sure they will lose customers including me.

Their service was pretty much trash , the servings were low as well and well don't even get me started on their prices

Good hotel to stay in Lakhimpur, situated in the heart of the city. Very spacious rooms at reasonable rates. The food in the dinner were good. Hotel management should give more importance to maintaining the rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner. Cash/card/UPI payment available. Parking is spacious also. Though I arrived late, I had a warm welcome. Complementary breakfast was also good

Worst hotel ever I have seen , service is very poor they are charging 1800 for single room without AC and TV also they have given used unclean bedsheets and blankets .after even requesting 3/4times they didn't change. 1800 for a single night is not to much less money so hope you guys do better in your service.
