The staff at the hotel Jutika, Debu and kishor and chef Biswa in Palm resort were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Tinsukhia Assam. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

Perfect place to grab a coffee, especially on a rainy day! The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and just what you need to unwind. Another plus- they have enough car parking space, you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

Visited this resort for a wedding. Good place for a relaxing evening. I think they're still developing and the end result is yet to be seen.

All 5 star from my side. It was a very pleasant stay in the resort. Love the ambience around. Rooms and washrooms are very much clean and spacious. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Food quality was exceptional. Morning breakfast was great. Parking was huge. Swimming pool, banquet hall, cafeteria and restaurant also available. Highly recommended if you are coming to Tinsukia. You will love it. Will surely visit again

This is a wonderful resort with a fantastic stay experience. The staff in this resort is very warm and helpful, they are always available when you are in need. Special mention to Debaprotim who is very warm and always goes out of his way to sort out your concerns and make your stay pleasant. Excellent resort for families and friends to stay and get away from the daily hustle of life. This is one of the premium property of Tinsukia and recommend everyone to check this out.
