Royal mandala resort

One of the worst hospitality ever received, the staffs were extremely unprofessional, specifically the so called Cook, . I went to the resort on 18th of April at around 4:30PM to have to some Good time, but lately i decided to stay there so I asked them to book a cottage/room for me for which they initially charged me 3000/ night for three persons (later price was reduced to 2500/night). At around 8 o clock the So called arrogant Cook asked me to oay the room rent for whci i said I will pay tomorrow on checkout for which initially they denied but later i said it will not be possible for me tonight so eventually they agreed. On the very next day i got a call from the reception at around 11.10 am the person on the phone said that Your checkout time is 12 its already 11.10 so pay the dues and vacat the room we have bookings. So according ly I vacated the room and was sitting in the restaurant. Then i tried to order food multiple times eveytime they said its not available .The fact is that they literally denied to take my orders There were other guests they were getting what ever they wanted.The worst behavior ever they disrespect customer misbehaves with them for the bill they hurt human sentiments, .ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL THE PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THIS RESORT EVER THEY JUST DONT HAVE HUMAN ETHICS THEY CAN DISRESPECT ANY ONE JUST FOR SOME PENNY AMOUNT.
