Management is very disbalance. Cannot charge my phone because of the plug points in the room were not working. Booked lunch and the food was horrible. Can't even sleep properly. The bedsheets was not washed and my body itched whole night.

It's very nice hotel ...

The hotel has the worst facilities with the customer, the whole family members runs the hotel's room in charge, catering, bills and payment. Since we had booked single room, the charging point do not work, so the room has been shifted to other room n same problem. Secondly, the food that we ordered for lunch was veg, and we asked for daal, there was no dal, so they tried to give us daal fry n it came after 15 minutes, when it came the daal was smelly n burnt, the owner do not respond to your call or any problem when addressed. So overall it's the worst hotel service provided, money minded. The mother is the receptionist, the two sons and father run about to talk to customer with zero ethics. Very rude n arrogance.

Very bad experience the rooms are really dirty and stinky .. plus the owners are very rude .. very bad impression suggest not to visit there a very bad environment overall

It's upto you; but I will suggest you to don't stay here. Rooms are old, dirty, unhygienic & costly than It's condition.

This is a difficult one as there were several good points and some not so good.||||Overall the hotel needed a good scrub. The room was acceptable, just; of an average size and with clean bedding. It faced the AT (Assam Trunk) Road and as a consequence was very noisy. Ear plugs were a necessity for a good sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the squat toilet we could have done without. But we managed.||||The food was excellent and the small bar was a bonus. I even managed to get a bottle of Four Seasons which was kept in the cooler for the next day.||||The staff were very helpful, and courteous and particular mention has to go to Ashok Kumar Dang who acted as unofficial interpreter as his English was excellent. A great asset to the hotel. He also came to see us off at the Station - a nice touch.||||Overall I have to stick with an average rating to reflect the positive points.
