HOTEL SG HUB TOWER

Yesterday I visited their newly opened Restaurant named House of Q'ziness. It has a very good decor and ambience. What was lacking in this hot and humid weather were AC's which were turned on only after guests arrival. No fans were on as an alternate. Kids enjoyed Pizzas and Noodles which were sumptuous but baby corn was not available. My wife wanted to try Biryani which was not available..The same goes for varieties of Naan in the menu which were not available. Soft drinks are not available. The staffs are novice. Over all I would say that their menu needs to be full as it's newly opened and in the first instance if customers are devoid of their choice of food then it will create a bad impression. Have great expectations from them. I hope on my second visit I will find improvement.

The maintenance of hotel is very poor. The lift and TV in rooms are not working for last one year. Bed linen, pillow covers are very very dirty. Only solace was excellent service by Miss Ambika. She was doubling as housekeeper and room service. The quality of food was good. Order only normal food as they cannot make proper sandwiches.

Hotel S. G Hub tower is a unique place to be in.The Quality of rooms, service and location is Superb. Food quality is awesome. I request all to come and have a taste of it.
