Hotel Madhuban

Staff are well mannered & helpful. Rooms are good but lots of scope of improvement. The hotel wants to look like 3-4 star but they didn't update the rooms like that. Paint in the room is very old, AC's are not well maintained, floor of the room & bathroom are not that much clean. Food quality & quantity is good. Location of the hotel is also good. Overall it's a good stay but lots of room for improvement for the management.

Very smelly from the entrance itself. Noticed that they have guest rooms from G floor itself. I've visited this place to attend a family function. The food was great but somehow not able to consider the food because of the smells around the place. Pls maintain some public area hygiene. Thank you

Location was good, hotel seems to be ok. Scope of improvement is there and must happen for the washrooms there.

Well maintained. Staff behaviour & Room service is also good. Tasty food.

Rooms are clean,but some rooms may need whitewashing. Staff are well behaved and cooperative. As far as service is concerned, food related service is fast.but room related service is slow. Wifi is pretty slow is most areas, may need additional modems. Food menu is full of variety and is well balanced, but Assamese thali can be included as well in the menu

Not at all clean...also there were previously used soaps and packets in the bathroom . They didn't even the change the bedsheets and it was full of dirt. Every time you order a food from the restaurant, they would keep you reminding of the money that you have to pay before you actually make the payment. The infrastructure is good but very poorly maintained. Also bathroom had many tiny cockroaches. Disappointed.
