Overall the experience was good. Room service was good..Rooms and washroom were clean. Just one drawback is staffs entering the room after one knock looks very awkward... it should be kept in mind by the owners of the hotel.. You shouldn't enter anyone's room without the persons consent.

Very neat and clean rooms...very helpful persons out there...they have provided us hot water at 3am in the morning,which was very helpful for me...The only flaw was they knock the door once and enters the room without any consent,this things should be kept in mind...

Excellent experience. Top level services at a reasonable price. They are so customer friendly and approachable that you feel like home. Clean, sanitized and well furnished rooms they offer where you can enjoy your living for the days. Extremely well behaved, caring staff members they've got who are expert of understanding the customer tastes without even asking. Only thing is their food is a bit higher in price but that's negligible. Some best experience and hospitality we'd got there. Totally worth of your bucks.

Excellent stay at Lumding. Room neat and clean. Have even shoe brush in the room which is unexpected. They provide only soap in the room and no complementary water bottle. One can order snacks and food from room.

Great place to stop for a night between trains. The staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean. Great value for money. Would recommend.
