Overall experience of last 5 years was wonderful as located opposite to my office/just walkable distance/2 KM from railway station/1 KM from highway. Peaceful surrounding for someone one who loves to stay away from crowded area.

Hotel is too far from Lamding station. Hotel owner is the 1no drunker & behavior is not good. He also have arrogancy in communication.... As this is the only one hotel in that remote area thats why he takes more advantage from customers. Today I've booked a room & confirmed by MMT after informing him after 4hrs he is saying that no rooms available. Most irresponsible host...

We stayed there for two days. We booked ac room which they took 1400 for two person per day. After entering the room we noticed that the ac is not working which is not cooling the room as it should be. We complained about it. The owner started shouting saying ac is cooling the room. We asked him send someone to check the ac. The owner refused it saying the ac is fine. Since we have a very important work there and there is no other hotels available nearby. We stayed there. I request people not to book this hotel. And if you have to book also book non ac rooms because there ac was not working. If u book ac rooms please check it.
Basic hotel ... doesnt match with the price they charge .. Good - parking, near to bypass Bad - room quality . Owner is a good person to talk to .
Stayed in Avoy Bhavan from 26.03.2024 to 28.03.2024 and the stay was amazing. The service provided by the Manager Mr Chakraborty and the staff was splendid.The food was very well prepared and was tasty with very less spice. They took very good care of the guest and the hotel was very hygenic.Keep up the good service.
Not good, bedroom against the price.Nothing is as beautiful on the inside as it looks on the outside.
