Poor quality room, not clean, staf behaviour not good

Bakwas staff behaviour ekdam kharab hain aur room quality bhi accha nahi hain , electricity cut off ka bhi problem hain bathroom is not clean. I prefer do not stay in this lodge Price is to high They charge 1500 for one night in ac that is to high and room quality is not good at all.

What are the hotels association doing can't they look at this horrific place, unhygienic who gave them the authority to run such a disgusting place. It's not on a level of a lodge also , speaking of unprofessional staffs , no manners guys you are in hospitality industry. Totally unacceptable. Serious action to be taken

Unprofessional hotel staff, Rude behaviour. Very unhygienic rooms, 24/hr electricity not available. We couldn't sleep due to repeated power cuts and mosquitoes. Very very poor service. During the booking we asked to clean the hotel rooms, but see for yourself, I've attached a few snapshots, they didn't bother to clean them. Also they charge way more than Guwahati.

Experience was decent. I stayed for a rainy night, and just because of cloudy condition room temperature was decreases over the time. Otherwise i personally titled the hotel name MAYUR HEATER instead of MAYUR HOTEL. Rest is depending on your experience. Let's have a look whenever you visited Lanka. Room: lake of hygiene, lake of quality material, lake of proper aeration faced for the whole night ( regards to top floor)

One of the worst hotels in Lanka. Dirty Rooms, bathrooms. UNRESPONSIVE Staff and owner. Don't ever make the mistake of staying there. We stayed here as part of a marriage party on 27.11.2022. It was a pathetic experience. Many families had shift to other hotels in late evening.

Never again making a mistake of staying in this hotel again even though I got no option.. Firstly when I went to check the price of the room the receptionist said it's 1,200 but when he found my boyfriend was with me they charge 1,600 saying we both are sharing one room so we have to paid extra & It was already dark & I was helpless that's the reason without hesitating I paid extra but for few hundreds that's really a shameful act & in other hotels never experience this greedy behaviour from hotels staff

LOCATION IS VERY PEACEFUL AREA, BUT HOTEL ROOM SOO POOR QUALITY AND too much inside the room therefore I wasn't slept night. It was a very bad experience in my life, So I never suggest anyone if you care about life, .
