Club Nirvana

We were thoroughly disappointed with our hotel experience. Despite booking a luxury room with a balcony to unwind after a long day, we were initially taken to the wrong room. After pointing out the mistake, the attendant made us wait before transferring us to the correct room. However, the room fell short of our expectations. It didn't match the website's representation and was unhygienic. The bed had insects, the sheets were stained and unclean, and the floor was dusty. Overall, the experience was below average To add to our frustration, the attendant knocked on our door at 10:35 AM, insisting it was time to check out due to waiting guests. However, when we inquired about the check-out time with the receptionist, we were told it was 12 PM. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism were unacceptable

We had our batch reunion here one week back. Location is good. Facilities are ok. However scope of improvement is there for food items, like breakfast and buffet lunch/dinner.

It was empty but the manager was friendly, non veg items are limited so a pre order is requested but it is good. Veg items are plenty and no pre order is required, veg tandoori momos were amazing.

Club Nirvana is found to be a good resort situated at Sonapur area very near to Guwahati city. It is just 17 km away from the Guwahati city, very connected by road. The resort was found very comfortable to stay with luxurious rooms, and all basic facilities. A very good place for a family vacation for a short kind of trip. There is a swimming pool, meeting rooms, rooftop dining facilities, etc. The scenic view from the resort is eye smoothing. The plus point of the resort that I found is the cooperation and support from all the staff. One of the best hotel staff, I came across. The food of the resort is found equally delicious, with support from the dining staff. Recently I have stayed there for 4 days to attend a workshop, and my stay was just good. I love to visit the place with friends and family members once again. If someone wants an isolation vacation, it's a perfect place, for 1/2 days, even for a single day.

Balcony, terrace, everything is fine. The pool is small and nearby. But it's all concrete with less natural beauty inside the residence. Doormats are missing which make the rooms really dirty.

I have heard about this place many time, it is Quiet popular in Guwahati. It is quite famous for its villas and a destination for wedding. I m very disappointed to say that I m not that happy after visiting this place, although the view of this place is amazing bt the maintenance is least. The pool was really dirty, filled with lots of dead bugs, and the bathroom near the buffet area doesn't have any hanger for bags or any thing. Hope these things might get improved.
