Hotel Seven Brothers

I am writing to express my DISAPPOINTMENT and FRUSTRATION with the poor service and unacceptable behavior I experienced during my recent stay. I had rented a room for one night, but upon entering the room, I found that the towels and bedsheets were not clean. I requested a clean towel from the service staff, but instead, I was provided with another dirty towel. When I brought this to the staff member's attention again, he responded rudely and told me to go to another hotel. I was shocked and disappointed by the staff member's behavior, and I immediately reported the incident to the hotel owner. Unfortunately, the owner did not respond or apologize for the poor service. I decided to check out of the hotel and take my business elsewhere.

Bathroom is not neat and clean,Wall is very Dirty,Blankets are dirty and dont have Covers,Only one fan,AC not working properly,Parking space is tidy,Noo Door hook lock

The location is good but the room is stinking inside the bathroom.. service is umm.. not satisfactory

A good place for a short stay in Kokrajhar town. The staffs were friendly.

Very nice experience the hotel is also very good and the staffs are also very very good and the rooms are also very clean and hygiene and the bathrooms are also still good the hotel has no lift but still it is good the outside surrounding is not so good because the hotel is situated in the Boro Bazar of Kokrajhar and 7 floors and the name of the hotel is seven brothers it is situated in Kokrajhar Assam this staff sir also very good and service is also very good receptionist res also very good and your hotel is not so expensive but not so cheap not succeed to the colour of the hotel building is White and the hotel has its own parking but the parking is not that much big it is small and you have not Yen you have no need to pay extra money for parking. Thank you

This is supposedly the best hotel in Kokrajhar. But it is a very basic hotel , expect no luxuries!!! The hotel is a small one. Rooms are very basic, you can somehow spend your time here if you have to visit Kokrajhar. The bathroom is also just average. Overall its an average hotel. But there are no good hotels in Kokrjahar. The location is near a market place, so accessibility is good.

Very nice experience in terms of services, stuff behavior, good quality and hygiene.

Suggest everyone not to stay at this hotel. Very unhygienic and nasty place, rooms are not at all clean, worst room service, bathroom was very nasty, hotel lobby was poorly maintained and behaviour of the staffs isn't good.
