Hotel Omshree

Gave 3 stars because they at least keep the room clean. Besides that, the food is horrible, the service is horrible. Don't expect any kind of help during any kind of emergencies, especially in the night time. Absolutely careless staff. If you happen to stay out too late at night, you cannot get inside the hotel, because they lock every entry and exits (this is next level of being insecure, I guess). In case you get into any kind of medical emergency, expect the worst because you won't get any help, also you cannot go out for the same reason (entries and exits being locked). If you have the option to stay in this hotel or to cancel your trip...choose the latter, you won't regret.

The staffs were so rude, they acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. I asked one of them to clean my room, but he said it was already clean. When I went in, it was filthy! There was spit and spider webs all over, and the windows were so dirty I could barely see out of them. The bedsheets and blanket looked like they had been used before I got there, and there was no new bathroom or room freshener. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Everything in this hotel is broken. Door locks, handles, taps, flush everything in this hotel is broken or leaking.

Omshree Hotel is an absolute disaster. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by filthy rooms that reeked of neglect. The level of cleanliness was abysmal, with grime coating every surface imaginable. The shower was a joke - not only did it refuse to work, but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. And let's talk about the service, or lack thereof. Staff members were rude, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to guest needs. The switchboards were another horror story, caked with dirt and grime to the point where I hesitated to even touch them. It's clear that hygiene and guest satisfaction are not priorities at Omshree Hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dismal excuse for accommodation.

One of the more predictable hotels in kokrajhar with standard service. Rooms need improvement but, there are cockroaches in the rooms, and mattresses have become old, musty and smelly, towels are too thin and not cotton enough. otherwise it is where I would prefer to stay in kokrajhar rather than any of the other hotels

Worst hotel. Staffs are terrible, lack of both communication and culinary skills . Waiters are rude and non attentive. Food is tasteless price is too much for such a tasteless meal. We had a truly disastrous meal, food was serverd cold and paneer masala was uniquely bad. Ac was not working. Waiting period is too long. Waste of money and valuable time. One waiter behaved very rude he thinks as if he is the owner. What does he think of himself I can keep him as a servant in my home. Being a waiter he should know how to be gentle and the front desk person is totally useless.

Best among the hotel around, suit your pocket. Good, prompt and efficient staff. No to any discounts. Food served is bearable. Better and cheap options available outside. No entertainment source except TV, that too many channels don't work. Good for short stay. Couples may avoid, not romantic place to stay. Food takes more than 40 minutes to get served.
