Giving 1 star because there are no less than that. We planned our beautiful get together of school friends and booked 12 rooms with an addition of their first floor conference hall and some extras on their food menu. Our only fault was we had not taken everything in black and white. Wehen we reached the property, which is indeed very beautiful( thats the inly saving grace) the guy who was there on the day of our negotiation was onleave and he denied any such discussion our hall was handed over to some corporate event and they shifted us to their so called bar in the ground floor. Nagan was infact blasting me over the call which is absolutely unprofessional. Layer in the evening they denied serving food to the DJ even after we told them to bill it. Probably they do not consider a DJ or any ody worthy to have food at their regular restaurent. But the biggest shock came when they charged us Rs 2000 for child even for not giving any extra bed. Upon request they cited their Child No Bed policy out of blue. I see earlier revies and see this happening with so many negative reviews and just want to ask the owner, how many genuine feedbacks here you will deny as " fake/baseless and damaging your reputation" You property is excellent but the staff right from top to bottom dont know a word about professionalism. You should spend few days of the month on regular basis, accept your loopholes and take a call on changing the staff. Otherwise there are many properties in the close vicinity and the looser will only be you

Firstly the property is in great location. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The food is also good. The property is extremely well maintained, once it's completed it will really become a refuge for people living in concrete jungles. But there's a big issue that needs immediate attention, the front desk behaviour especially the one sitting in the evening. I will not take names but it's on management to understand the issue and find solutions. To elaborate further after a long a journey in the forest, the roads and the ride turned out to be pretty hectic, my mother wasn't feeling well when she came back, so we asked for an extension on our stay just by one night. We were travelling by car and needed proper rest before proceeding for the next part of our journey. After requesting for an extension, we were met with highly unprofessional/impatient behaviour in the front desk. Firstly they refused, secondly they were so non-chalant/rude with the refusal despite knowing that Guest is asking for an extension on the basis of health crisis that it was extremely surprising. The code of conduct was baffling because I haven't seen such things in hotels of good category. Looking at the stature, pretty sure the property plans on becoming an esteemed establishment in the region but after having stayed in multiple 5 star properties, if there's one thing that I have identified to be a common factor in the hotel management arena, then it's the behaviour of the staffs. They are the key to customer relations and guest satisfaction. To be honest the front desk literally moves mountains to cater to a guest's request and if by any chance they fail to do so then the refusal comes with extreme courtesy and politeness. Which was lacking in RDC. Lastly, do keep in mind to have some flexibility in such cases where Guests health are in concern because it's a forest area with not much option so if such emergency comes then there should be a way to accommodate and cater to guest's request. Ending this review by saying that I genuinely loved the property and the ambience but if front desk has such unprofessional way of dealing with the guests then it will surely reflect on the popularity of the place.

I recently stayed at Royale De Casa for 2 nights, and it was an incredible experience! This resort is perfect for everyone - couples, families, or friends. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was just the relaxing break I needed before getting back to my routine.||The property offers a wide range of activities like swimming, traditional dance programs, delicious local cuisine, and even a jeep safari, ensuring there's never a dull moment. The clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms added to the comfort. I would highly recommend.

The resort rooms are very spacious with an additional balcony. Food quality is utmost delicious. If you are going for early morning safari tour than they will serve you breakfast after your return at 11 am. There is also a cultural show just opposite this resort. I will surely recommend to stay here.

I don't know about their other services, but their breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible for the amount they charged. Not only was the buffet very basic, it was also of very low quality. The tea tasted like dirt, the juice was literally spoilt and the bakery items were stale. Even the milk they served for the cereal was easily 70% water. Very bad experience considering the entire setup.

Very beautiful Resort located in very beautiful place. The environment are very good. The rooms and bathroom are very net and clean. Foods are very delicious and the room service are very fast and good. But the one thing is Receptionist are not forbearing, they behave sometimes like they are very rude. I think receptionist are not well trained to manage their guest. Their guest communication skills are not up to the mark. Otherwise resort are very good. I think this is the best place to stay with your friends and family in kaziranga National Park.

Stayed here in January 2025. Nice property, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is quite good. Staff is helpful . Location is convenient and 5 minute drive from Kaziranga safari point. Overall stay is satisfactory.
