Not even deserving one star. Very poor. Rooms are not clean. Bathroom is terrible. Every pipe is leaking. Service is so bad. Had terrible experience. They are not even clearing the plates and glasses of previous guests. It is like you open the door you can see glasses with alcohol and chicken bones. Definitely not for family and women.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay - Poor Hygiene, Unhelpful Staff, and Billing Issues I recently stayed at FabHotel Red Rose in Amingaon, Guwahati, for two days, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Room Conditions: The first room I was given had a strong, unpleasant odor. When I requested a change, the staff initially claimed there were no other rooms available. Only after I insisted on a refund did they offer another room, which turned out to have a broken toilet and a non-functional flush. Despite informing the staff, no repairs were made during my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast options were unsatisfactory, especially for vegetarians. The choices were limited to Maggi noodles and excessively oily puris. There were no healthy alternatives, and since breakfast was served as a buffet, ordering something different was not an option. Additional Issues: A colleague of mine, staying in a separate room, experienced water leakage from the AC, making the floor slippery and hazardous. Billing Concerns: At checkout, we were surprised to find that we were billed for three days instead of two. It required additional time and effort to have this corrected, which added to the overall negative experience. Bedsheets were dirty Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The staff behavior was disappointing. Despite checking out at 2:00 PM, I was charged an extra 50%. Room service was extremely slow, taking too long to deliver orders. Even for complimentary water, I had to call three times--twice to room service and once to reception. The room condition was poor, with hygiene levels at their worst. Washroom amenities were not properly provided, and there was a water logging issue in the bathroom. Although opting for a room with breakfast makes it 300-400 more expensive, the quality was extremely disappointing. Instead of a proper meal, they only provided bread and jam. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Smelly rooms and bathrooms. Extremely poor service. Breakfast was awful. They served maggie in the breakfast with chana dal and poori, that's it. Elevator goes out of service during night till 7 am in the morning. AC outlets visible in the bathrooms. Bathroom window broken. Toilet sheet was broken. Still cannnot understand why this hotel was rated as 3 star. Its not even worth single star rating.

There is no option to give 0 star ratings else I would have given one. Me and friends visited this place few days back. There was a dead cockroach in the room. Bedsheets doesnt look like they have been washed properly. Bathroom's window is broken and would be uncomfortable for women to use them. Bathroom's waste water doesn't flow properly into the drainage system. Overall a worst experience Didn't expect this from lemon tree and fab hotels

Rooms are smelly and dirty. Tv had no recharge. Even geyser also not in working condition. Plug points are not in suitable position for heating water. Waste of money in booking this hotel.

1star rating for cleanliness, bedsheet blanket are not clean. We stayed there for 3 days , everytime we need to tell them to change the bedsheets . Some rooms are there with no remote control for ACs.
