The Destination Resort

I visited this place recently and loved the food and service of the staff there. Outdoor seating area is also available. Things I liked about this place: Good tasted great! Prompt and courteous staff Ambience was also nice Clean washroom Availability of outdoor seating area (bonus for me as I always prefer one) Things that need improvement- #There is only one washroom. They should increase its number. #Most of the items in the dessert menu were not available.

1-star Review Worst experience ever at Destination Resort, Tezpur. * Rooms were tiny and overpriced. * Dinner included in our package was a complete mess. The staff refused to give a second plate, served just 2 rotis at a time with a 15-minute wait in between, and behaved like they were feeding us for free. * During breakfast, we clearly informed them that we don't eat eggs, yet they served dal-roti mixed with egg, showing complete negligence and disrespect. * When we asked for a little more food, the staff arrogantly said, "2 roti milega aur ek banana" -- this kind of tone is unacceptable anywhere, let alone in hospitality. * The restaurant staff was outright rude, dismissive, and acted as if customers were a burden. Zero courtesy, zero professionalism. I do not recommend this resort to anyone. Save your money, peace of mind, and self-respect -- stay somewhere that values its guests.

We tried the restaurant, essentially vegetarian, must try daal fry and Dinghri hara piaza. As for amenities the ladies bathroom was unclean and I spent some time chasing a House fly.

Just a highway motel with 'resort' on its name. No basic amenities in the room. Rusty smelly yellow water in the bathroom. Food is not good. I wanted to go for a walk at 6 am and all doors and gates are closed. There is no one. Highly not recommended.

Good hospitality. Small space of garden, suitable for any party, food is good. But the room rent is very high

The place and service is awesome. The food is yummy. We had a very nice time here. And Anjan Chetry was incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal.
