Sapphire homestay

Well-decor place and good rooms. However, there are certain things that can be better. 1. The place reeks of cigarettes, which isn't suited if a family is staying. 2. The attached bathroom door lock does not work. Another thing that bothered me was, we were reminded of the checkout time, stating that they had to clean our room for the next person who apparently had booked on that day, and were arriving at 11:30. They had been informed prior to our exit at around 2. However, we were informed to exit before our stated time. We did not mind and requested for our luggage to be at least taken care of in the living room, till our time of departure. When we returned to take our luggage at the time of our departure at 2 o'clock, we found that there were no new guests in the room we occupied and that we were made to exit on false claims. This made me feel very betrayed, despite their hospitality on the days before, their act on the last day did not leave a good impression on me.

Recently visited there! And it was pretty good with the prepossesing interiors, Well designed/ cleaned rooms & communication is good as it's located just in the mid of Jorhat town!

Best hospitality and the behaviour of the staff is very good and the environment of the Homestay is beautiful and cozy
