Prism - A Boutique Hotel

Everything is fine. Reception Staff and Housekeeping Guys are very helpful and coperative. Problem lies with the Managers handling Banquet Halls. Their approach is totally different before and after the event. Have useless attitude. Don't know whether they are trained so or they are by default that way.

Good food but little bit on pricey side. Otherwise it's a good place for hangout with friends and family. They have also rooftop facility. They organise parties.

Worst service I ever had. If you are thinking of going there be aware, the waiter has two words "sir 15 min lagega". How much time it takes to fry the rice in cumin seeds and how much should they take to make a dal fry. After ordering some fancy vegetables we expected that they would bring at least rice dal early but they took 45 min. Pathetic and third class service and they don't even listen at once. You have to come back hungry and frustrated.

Good business hotel with buffet breakfast in Jorhat . Centrally located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Haven't stayed in any of its rooms. However, attended rooftop parties over there twice. Experience was really great

I went on a business trip to Jorhat and they agreed to early check in early morning and also included the breakfast.The room was quiet large and so was the bathroom.The breakfast was ok.The checkin at early morning was smooth.They arranged for a car to drop me at the railway station at night.

This was my 2nd stay in last two months with Prism . I must say this is one of the best in Upper Assam.Location is best.Ample parking. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Breakfast spread was very good with live kitchen .Check in/check out was smooth. Only thing I found this time around is their room service. They do not respond to phone calls and everytime I had to call reception to get my order placed.Otherwise all fine.Had a very pleasant stay

The restaurant offers impeccable service, with a stylish lounge and a charming terrace that creates a perfect ambiance. The food is delightful, though priced slightly on the higher side, but the overall experience makes it well worth the visit. Love it
