OYO 39756 Shanghai Lodge

Very bad.. 1. Walls are not clean 2.there was a window between two room, you can here the voices of your next room, and they can here your voices also 3. No shoap in bathroom 4. No bucket in bathroom 5. No dustbin 6. Tv is not working 7. Bedsheets are not clean..

The property is not a lodge, its partitioned warehouse, no window, no ventilation, fungus grown wall. Moreover, in my case, I booked via goibibo for 2 nights and 3 days, and conformed the same during check-in. But, they removed my personal belongings from the room without my concern, saying my booking was for a day. (charging their mobile with my charger, thank god I took my laptop and valuables with me) After several argument and customer call conformation they allotted an another room after 2 hour. But, I don't feel safe staying there, checked out and found an another better hotel for half the price at Solicitor Ln, Jorhat. Note: My original booking was with an another hotel with good review, goibibo shifted my booking in last minute to this poor property. will never book oyo again.

Stay was horrible, we booked a double bed room but when we got there the room that they have booked for us was not completed, paint work was being carried on so we had to be carefull to not touch the walls, the roof had cracks,the cupboard was broken and dirty so couldn't keep any of our clothes, they provided a single towel for two person and eveng after asking them repeatedly they didn't provide any. A single small blanket was given (we went during winter season) and one pillow for each when asked for more they only stayed they had none, there was no charging point so we had to disconnect the TV and charge our phone one at a time, we were out of options so we had to stay there for the night next day when we decided to check out and go for another hotel they charged us with 2days booking because it was booked from OYO and they had some policies. So we had to pay even if we didn't stay there, the room also didn't have any window. It was really creepy room, felt suffocated, and the stay for a night there was horrible.

It was a decent room. Pros are, the lighting system ,clean, and friendly staff. Cons are , bathroom not as clean as expected, outside food not allowed, ac not working

Please look after hygiene , cleanliness and amenities in the room. The staff behavior was good though.

This place don't have any facility Exmpl wi-fi,Tv , etc nd most important this place totally dirty.

The recipsonist lady behave very rude .she didnot know how to behave with customer..Request owner to change that lady, for best future of your Lodge..

Rooms are not that nice as you think at price range and I did not like the owners way of the treating guest from oyo
