OYO 24601 hotel Nikita

Hotel in a heritage built up building...... Rooms are spacious. Maintenance could be much better..... Requires renovation.... Food quality is good but serving is very slow after placing orders.

Worst hotel with no professionalism, no customer service, they don't even provide water bottles at night, even lift is not working, totally arrogant receptionist and other staff. I will Never book this hotel again. It will not even deserve ZERO star.

Restrictions are more than service . Haunted . Be alert to visit. Worst behaviour .Don't go with couple .

Bad behavior of staffs. No services available. When asked for water we were asked how did we get this room here. Charlish behavior from hotel staffs. You pay heavy but get no service. It is better to find some other hotel. Worst management. Because of the management they dare to humiliate you. AC s are not working good in most of the rooms. No remote to control AC. No remote for TV. And when you complain you receive bad behavior from staffs but for everything you have to ask the staffs. And that is the tragedy .Notorious male staffs. Female staffs are good. But they are not available after evening. And that time the troubles starts. Next time no. We will prefer to stay somewhere else. Rooms are specious but AC s are making noises. No Remote for TV and ACs. Far away from bus stand. Next time no. Foods are expensive. Regular waters for drinking is smelly. You have to buy purified water. And it is costly. My personal experience with this hotel is bad.

The rooms were very big, simply huge, well maintained though it looked like an only place. Service and food was also really great.

I have had the worst hotel experience till date over here.Firstly we were provided a double bedroom with two separate single beds which were not even of the same height and size. The room was stinking of cigarettes, alcohol and toilet. When we asked them to change the bed sheets the next day, uncleaned, stained mattresses were found which the staff refused to replace. And the blankets were also replaced after repeated requests. The two house keeping lady staffs behaved very rudely. Basic facilities like door mats are not provided in the room because of which it gets flooded after you use the bathroom. There are not enough house keeping staff in their hotel because of which they took hours to reach our room at the second floor as they would start from the top. Also, the food options were not many for room service and we got complimentary hair with our sandwiches. Very very unsatisfactory. You guys need to really work on these issues to survive. Please do something.

I am not writing this review for their hospitality, rather it's on their management. This hotel is in front of our colony. Trust me any celebration at this hotel, is a nightmare for us. We can't even take our cars out for emergency. They let their guests park in front of our gates, even after our thousand requests. I would give 5/5 for the pollution they create(garbage, loud music continues after midnight, crackers). Don't even let me start on the scene their guests create when they are few drinks down. That's shame for our so call civilised society. As a management at least keep some staffs to manage these situations. So that we can sleep peacefully, our parents deserves that after their rigorous 15-16 hours of duty

Stayed at this hotel for couple of days. The rooms are very large and are minimally decorated but in a nice way. The hotel itself is located in a place not very crowded but quite close to the heart of the city. ||The front office staff are very helpful and put us at ease even when we reached at quite unearthly hour. They also were helpful in arranging transport.||Sadly during our visit not many people were staying maybe due to off season. The restaurant has good food but lot of items are not available. Again maybe due to less people staying.||Overall quite a good hotel for short stays and business trips.
