The rooms are of good size. The property is very well maintained - neat and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is polite and courteous. The owner is available at the property and gives personal attention to the customer needs. I strongly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels that I have come across. This will be my second time visiting the same hotel During my first stay, my room was superb clean toilet,bed, clothes, room, friendly and caring staff etc. Also nearby there are two separate veg and non-veg restaurants. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

I came from Arunachal to Jorhat for first time and i am glad i selected this hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was near the Train station which i liked. Wonderful stay at a wonderful location just at the heart of the town nearby railway station and bus station. Secured hygiene place with very humble owner Mr Santanu Baruah. He will help you at any hour with any requirement. Totally recommend to stay with decent prices

LABANYA is by far the best home stay I've ever been to. They provide utmost priority to women safety. Cleanliness was top notch. For anyone visiting in winter, they have hot shower facility too. ||The view from the window is also serene, we get to see a park, a tennis ground and what not. The place is way too peaceful and makes you feel at home!||Plus point is that it's a walkable distance to and from train station, convenient access to auto stand, domino's, smart bazaar, atm booth etc.||The owner himself looks after the facility with profound care. Best place. ||5 STARS!!

I came from Lumding to give admission of my Niece to KU and stayed here for 2 days... The room was very much clean and in reasonable price. I must suggest that if you want can stay here without any hesitation.
