I went there with my family, and I have never met staff with such nice behavior, the owner is always present at the hotel and he is a young person who is very well behaved and professional. I will always suggest anyone to visit this hotel. It is a new hotel, the food is wonderful and affordable.

I visited in Nov 2024 . I travelled from pune , more than 2500km from jorhat . To reverify the price with the hotel and MakeMyTrip I called the restaurant owner, he was so polite and helpful . He guided me very well and also discounted me . The room was very Nice and had good service . I was there for 3 days and the place is really cool and peaceful . I recommend it to those who are going in jorhat after a long journey. Staff was good too and very polite . We will surely visit next time again .Thanks

I have come here from Delhi with my friend Prashant to give the AIIMS exam. I stayed here near the centre. The behaviour of the staff here was good. Miss Dimpi helped me in printing my admit card, without which I would not have been able to give the exam. Thanks you ma'am. The food here is really very good. Our stay and the exam both went very well.

I had stayed in this hotel overnight with my family on a trip to Jorhat, on 25 December 2024 and was happy to stay here. Good service and clean rooms and toilets. It is a new hotel and wish the management takes care to keep it as beautiful as it is. Best wishes. Shall visit again sometime.

I recently stayed at The Monarch Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, with a thoughtfully designed interior that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciated the care that has gone into the decor and upkeep. Location-wise, the hotel is a real gem. Nestled right at the heart of the city, it offers unparalleled convenience with all the restaurants and bazaars just a 10-15 minute walk away. Plus, there's a small grocery/kirana shop right opposite the hotel that perfectly caters to any last-minute needs. One of the highlights is that, being a boutique hotel, it offers great rooms at competitive prices compared to nearby properties. A side note for budget-conscious travelers: when I stayed, the hotel offered a single occupancy room at Rs 1800 per night, but I noticed online it was Rs 1600 per night. So if you're looking to save a few rupees, it's worth checking platforms like Agoda or Booking.com. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The water heaters take about 15-20 minutes to heat up the water, and once you finally get a warm shower, it only lasts for 2-5 minutes. This was a bit inconvenient, especially during the early mornings. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping service. Despite checking out every day during my three-day stay, I noticed that the sheets and blankets did not appear to have been changed. This is an area where I believe some attention is warranted to match the overall standard of the hotel. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. A special mention goes to the kind-hearted gentleman at the reception who promptly booked a taxi for my urgent needs. His excellent service truly enhanced my stay. In summary, while the hotel boasts a great interior, clean and cozy rooms, an unbeatable location, and competitive pricing, addressing the issues with the water heaters and housekeeping could really elevate the guest experience. With these tweaks, it has the potential to be a truly outstanding place to stay.
