Terrible Stay - Avoid This Hotel! Hotel of Horrors For a whopping Rs. 1600, I got to enjoy: - A bug-infested bed that doubled as a scratching post. And the mosquitoes added to the party. - Dirty sheets with more holes than a Swiss cheese. - A bathroom that seemed to have given up on life. - A plastic chair that looked like it'd been through your great grandpa's time. - No TV, because who needs entertainment when you have bedbugs? - A dirty room that seemed to be competing in a "dirtiest room" contest. - Staff that made me wonder if they'd ever heard of customer service. No hospitality at all. And the cherry on top? The hotel's pictures were of a completely different place. Save your money (and your sanity) and find a real hotel. Avoid this hotel if you can.

In May 2005 Single non AC room=800; Single AC room=1400. Food is ok as per the cost. It's my personal view.

Not to good to stay because service is not so better as they offer. Too costly

Overall good service. Should have done better for pest control. Prime location. Fooding available.

Third class hotel, at the counter service the man who stays at the desk is very bad and arrogant with attitude, doesn't know how to speak to a customer in polite, worst service experience, he wears spects, dark colour skin, black 4-5 inch long hair, 40-50 of age. not worth booking even a penny, the room service guy even asking for extra money. Not hygienic worst experience. i booked and left without staying even a minute for it was poor service and not safe. Not worth even a single star. Please stay safe and don't book

Utterly disappointed. Dirty unhygienic rooms, sheets, rizai was used and kept in dusty almirah. Bathroom no different. Hospitality etiquette is visible nowhere in staffs be it front desk or room service. We took the room because we were too tired after travelling long distance and reaching late at night. Won't recommend and won't come again. 1400 for non Ac double room is what we paid.

I have never encountered such a subpar and low-quality hotel service in my life. The hotel receptionist displays a complete lack of education and exhibits an arrogant demeanor, lacking basic customer service etiquette. Moreover, the cleanliness and service in the room raise significant concerns. I strongly advise anyone reading my review to avoid staying at this hotel.

I stayed in a twin room on the corner with a street view for 800 rupees a night, and was satisfied enough with the comfort and value-for-money to stay for a week while I was getting online work done. The room and bedding were old and stained, but mostly very clean (main exception: the eye-level ledge around the bathroom wall was covered in dust, dead bugs, and gecko droppings). Nothing important was broken, except for one of the windows, which I covered with newspaper to keep the mosquitoes and air pollution out (maybe it'll still be there when you come - enjoy!). The wifi was very weak in my room, and kept disconnecting, but the speed was okay when it worked. Gate sometimes locked after 10pm, and you need to call to be let in. My room was very well lit, but the interior rooms without windows are probably a lot more gloomy. For some reason you have to ask the desk to turn on the hot water for you every time you take a shower, but once they do - woo! Best shower yet in my travels in Assam. Overhead showerhead with very strong water pressure, very hot, and doesn't run out quickly. The senior staff speak enough English. The younger staff not so much, but they were warm and smiley to make up for it! Good location. Momo stands everywhere, and lots of other shops within a couple blocks.
