Hotel O Sky Star

It was my worest exprence by booking the osky star hotel service was not good and the room was very dirty behabiour is also beddo not book thist hote ever again

Fully disappointed firstly we have booked the hotel from Oyo then after reaching the hotel we had a different scenario the room we have booked was for two guest at Rs.900, but after reaching there they had told we don't accept Oyo booking if you want room for two persons you have to pay 1500. We didn't have a second option so we booked the hotel . After that at night we came to know when the current has gone than they have told the room they have given to us had no inverter connection and we have to shift to other room that doesn't have a AC connection that means we have to pay for AC room and stay in non AC room. Don't book this hotel at any cost very bad you have to pay double for third class facilities.

Don't choose this hotel if you want to have a pleasant stay with your family. Not suitable for families and children. UNSAFE!!! Bad unprofessional staff. Rooms aren't clean. Plenty of cockroaches. Linens were unclean and smelly. Toilets are bad. Flush didn't work. The day we left the hotel, there was no water in all the 6 rooms we were staying. No response from the staff even after requesting and shouting. Insensitive!!!! Very expensive for the service and the amenities provided.

The rooms are well made and furnished for the price. Interiors are good too. But the maintenance is very poor. There's a lift which doesn't work. There's a restaurant which is permanently closed. The doors don't lock with the keys sometimes. Some furnitures need repair. There are spots on the bedsheets and pillow covers and the blankets don't seem very clean too. The plus is that the location is good, walking distance from Baruah Chariali. And the rooms are clean and there's no foul smell as well. Staff behaviour is also nice.

Went into this nice looking hotel for couple of days but by god's grace, next morning we got booking at some other hotel. It was horrible experience. The hotel room doors are slide doors, seriously, these are used in bathrooms. Room was dirty and bed sheets and pillow cover were all used and never cleaned one. We had to request them to change. Water in bathroom is all smelly, seems like drain water, we used bisleri to brush, didn't even wash our face. TV is literally on the ceiling plus the staff are totally irresponsive. My advice - DONT EVER GO, if you have got guts to face it, book some 200-300 hotel, it might provide same experience.

No resturant, lift does not work. However the staff here are very curteous. Rooms are good but the ACs need servicing as they dont cool as per expectations. Over all a poor experience

Rooms are good. But the tv was fit at top, difficult to watch the tv,The locations of the hotel are good. Hotel staff are nice. Bathroom are clean. Happy with the facility of the hotel. Customers are feel happy to stay there.

Jorhat is a small city and so is the hotel. This is a very small budget hotel, facilities are not very good, single room looks like a railway coach. TV is hang near the ceiling and yo will find it difficult to watch. Cleanliness is okay and the food too. staff is good. only go for saving money without any expectation.
