HOTEL GRAND PALACE

Cricket Association of Mizoram U23 Mens Team stayed in this Hotel for Col CK Nayudu trophy for about a week it is located inside the City and its closeby to all Ground and Market... Food is very Good in this Hotel as compared to Other Hotel in Jorhat.. the only problem is Parking and all.. its a Great value and we feel like a good money saving on staying in this Hotel

I won't not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, the price which they charged for a room is not justified with their quality. The bathroom was not neatly maintained, walls were very dirty and so the bed was. When I entered the room I had a very bad smell like the was not used from a long time. With such a good location in the heart of the city they are not maintaining the property.

Room & service is ok, but the road is very congested. Also its a one way. And parking space is also too small. Clubway Grand is way better.

I Booked this hotel through Goibibo app & My all over experience was good at starting i check-in here at 12 mid night. They provide me 3rd floor room everything was good in the room, it has mini fridge & hot kettle with tea bags & coffee(expired,Please check every product expired dates). The only problem was that there bed & room were smelling pungent. so, I told them to change my room & they provide second room on 2nd floor here every thing was good, I ordered some foods too they were good. All over my experience was good.

Every time we stayed had a pleasant stay, but this time we had a very bad experience mainly with the Restaurant. Morning in the name of Breakfast only bread omlet was provided... felt very bad this time....never expected....,

Poor, too poor, premium room was big, broken decorations broken walls and fungus here and there. Electric kettle was too dirty inside, felt like vomiting. Service was also poor, too late delivery of the food, felt like they ordered the food from somewhere else as its was too cold, not to mention about the taste. Its tasteless. But all dishes were costly. Now coming to breakfast, i had complimentary breakfast. And there is only bread butter jam boiled egg tea and cornflakes in the name of breakfast. Not even puri sabji. Not at all good for this price range

Very well behaved staff. If you are alone and tight on budget, then this should be the place to spend a night. Service is very good as per pricing. Provided good night liquid and coals both. I don't think security would be a problem as owner is very cordial and take utmost importance to guest, apart from that, Jorhat police station is situated in front of the lodge itself.
