Our Son's first birthday was celebrated here. People were amazing with their hospitality. Food and drinks served during celebration were really delectable. All our guests were more than happy. My two-day stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere were truly surprising. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offered a good selection of delicious food with impeccable service. I must commend Priyakhi, my server, for her warm smile and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. The location is somewhat central, so there aren't many nearby attractions, making it ideal for a stopover. It's also possible to avoid the rooftop parties and loud music

According to the room rates, we expected a more spacious and comfortable stay, but the allotted room was quite small. The service was disappointing as well--when we ordered milk tea, it took around 20 minutes to arrive and was served cold. After we complained, they did replace it with a warm one, but the initial experience was not acceptable for the price we paid.

We moved to this hotel in urban Jorhat from Thengal Manor when we wanted a cleaner newer hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We started in the only room available--the lowest grade on the ground floor. Small room and not a great view. We moved to an upgraded room for two more nights and it was very nice. ||||There's no place to walk around the area but the hotel itself was clean and service was good. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and in particular the rooftop "bar" (no license--byob or get someone from the staff to purchase beer for you). Service was great there. ||||Didn't think much of Jorhat as a place to visit--we would have skipped it had we known more. But the hotel was great--the best part.

We stayed there for 3 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. Yes, the service in the dining hall is a bit slow, but the food is quite decent. The buffet breakfast is a highlight! The rooms are really spacious and well made with high-quality fittings all the way. We were well taken care of by the friendly and courteous staff.

The staff is very polite and cooperative. The property is well maintained. Rooms a spacious and have facilities like a mini fridge and a locker which are useful while traveling. The breakfast buffet offers ample options and is well prepared. Though the location is slightly away from the main town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to jorhat.
