The rooms are so need and clean , beautiful rooms , foods items are so homely taste yummy , security guard available, good service boys , all items are available, peoples are really sweet , there behaviour are good , 10/10 , only haters will complain but for me it's awesome I love it , even now adays pg is available I stay here .

The room and toilet size are good. But you can hardly expect that soap and towel will be there. After making several calls the things will be reached at places. Same for the room service also, once you ordered the dinner and forgot to follow up for it, then it takes two hours. The location is good.

Stay here if that is the last and only option available. This is not a Guest House but an old building converted into a multiple rooms. Their own menu is limited and you cannot order outside food. I mean, why? No amenities in the room so carry your own stuff.

Very Bad Place. The one of the worst service facilities we have faced in our staying hotel experience. At Morning we had to go to our city after vacation we were late already, we had to wait For Upto 9o' clock For One Water Bottle. The Staff was sleeping Till Almost 9:30. Even We didn't did our breakfast there. We faced many problems there. Last night when we ordered for food, we told them to give at 9o' clock but they served it at 10o' clock, my child was feeling sleepy and didn't wanted to eat dinner coz they were serving it so late. I don't recommend any body to live in this guest house.

Had a very unpleasant stay. Bathroom had used shampoo sachets in basin,hadn't provided for soap or drinking water and towel untill asked for. Room Service is very very slow...atleast 2 hrs after order.Outside food not allowed but they had outright refused to serve any evening snack("cook is resting now" they said). My husband had to leave at 5:30am in the morning for rail station but gates were locked and no one at the reception or security,Inspite of prior information at the reception...called up the only contact number which we got on our bill...and the lady answering was quite rude.Later on , while contacting the reception desk, they were apologetic about it but with the overall inconvenience we faced throughout the stay..I will not recommend to others.

Needs a lot of work, but it has potential. Maybe their clean-up staff could pay more attention to the toilets. I really feel like this place could possible be a sought after place to stay in Jorhat, in terms of infrastructure (nice rooms, clean sheets, television, good plumbing, Water supply is good, air conditioned) however the staff members could learn how to smile once in a while and render the services more quickly. Room service is super-slow and as a non-assamese speaking guest, there is a huge communication gap whenever I ask for something. I have only met male staff members and they are not rude, but they definitely have this lost, dazed look whenever we ask for something.

One of the disgusting experience here. Staff behaviour is utterly disappointing. I had booking through OYO still they didn't accepted it. They said we don't know OYO and we cannot give rooms in less price. Whoever the owner it's a request to you to kindly remove yourself FROM OYO. Even such hotels should not be there. And as long as you are there you should obey the policies. That's what generosity is. And kindly make your staff learn to behave properly. I regret my choice and happy that I didn't stayed there. Kindly avoid this hotel. I would have given no stars if that was possible. And it's not bluff I just had the experience at 5.30am dated 20/7/2019.

Horrible experience. I have no words to express my disgust and dissatisfaction. The bath room is bad, it smelled really bad through out. The basin tap was not working properly. And above all, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude. We ordered tea and chicken pakoda at 7.10pm and got it around 8:30, we were served dinner at 10:50pm which we ordered at 8:15pm. Food was also not up-to the mark. Moreover the TV was not working. I had the worst experience. There is lot of scope of improvement. Everything can be overlooked to some extent if behavior is good but here that very thing is missing.
